Welcome to LA Unifi. By accessing our website, engaging our services, attending our events, or participating in any LA Unifi-related programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 LA Unifi provides consulting, entertainment, event production, marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, promotional campaigns, live event coordination, and related professional services.

Our services may include:

• Concert & event production
• Sponsorship procurement
• Brand partnerships
• Executive consulting
• Talent coordination
• Government & municipal outreach
• Marketing campaigns
• Vendor coordination
• Technical production services

 LA Unifi may provide a complimentary initial 30-minute consultation to discuss project scope, objectives, and service requirements.

Additional consultations and meetings may be billed accordingly.

 Standard Executive Consulting Rate

• $250.00 per hour

Travel & Private Sector / Government Contracting -Related Engagements

When executive travel is required, the following rates apply:

• Travel Time: $500.00 per hour
• Executive Per Diem: $375.00 per executive, per day

Travel accommodations may include:

• Business-class airfare
• Luxury hotel accommodations
• VIP ground transportation services

Executive Overtime Rate

• $250.00 per hour

 Standard Technician / Production Rate

• $57.00 per hour

Travel Assignments

For travel-related technical assignments:

• Additional Travel Assignment Fee: $57.00 per technician, per day
• Per Diem: $100.00 per technician, per day

Travel accommodations may include:

• Business-class airfare
• Luxury hotel accommodations
• VIP ground transportation services

Technician Overtime Rate

• $100.00 per hour

• Certain projects may require an upfront deposit before services commence.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
• Final balances may be due prior to event execution or project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• ACH
• Wire transfer
• Certified funds
• Approved digital payment platforms (LancePay, BlinxPay, Venmo, Cashapp)

Late payments may incur additional fees and/or suspension of services.

 Client cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

LA Unifi reserves the right to retain deposits and recover reasonable costs already incurred including:

• staffing,
• production expenses,
• travel,
• vendor commitments,
• and administrative costs.

 All proprietary concepts, presentations, branding materials, marketing strategies, proposals, creative content, media assets, and business models developed by LA Unifi remain the intellectual property of LA Unifi unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, trade secrets, financial information, investor relations, sponsorship discussions, and strategic partnerships disclosed during engagements. 

 LA Unifi operates as an independent contractor unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as creating:

• a partnership,
• joint venture,
• employment relationship,
• or fiduciary relationship.

 LA Unifi shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages,
• consequential damages,
• lost profits,
• business interruption,
• delays caused by third parties,
• acts of God,
• venue cancellations,
• government actions,
• or force majeure events.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid directly to LA Unifi for the applicable service.

 Event dates, artist appearances, sponsorships, venues, and production schedules are subject to change based on:

• artist availability,
• venue approvals,
• permitting,
• weather conditions,
• security considerations,
• and operational requirements.

LA Unifi makes no guarantees regarding attendance figures, sponsorship results, or financial performance unless expressly stated in writing..

 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the laws of the State of Nevada and/or the applicable jurisdiction in which services are rendered. 

 By utilizing LA Unifi services, accessing our website, submitting payments, or engaging in project discussions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
